Plan around the light
Set arrival and snack time before the film, then start watching at dusk or later. Blankets and chairs both work when everyone has a clear view. Keep walkways and the projection path clear.
Keep the evening comfortable
Choose audio for the seating area and neighbours, not just maximum volume. You provide the film, source device or streaming account, seating and refreshments. Discuss an indoor backup or alternate date if weather could affect the plan.

Start with the available width, depth and height, then the audience layout. The homepage has pictures, setup-space estimates and audience guidance for all three screens.
Can we watch sports or play games?
Compatible laptops, streaming devices and consoles can be connected. Check internet availability and any content-access requirements at your venue beforehand.
What happens if it rains?
Unsafe rain, wind or ground conditions may require rescheduling or cancellation. Discuss a backup plan with us and review the booking terms before confirming.
