Delivery, setup and rental details
Delivery: up to 15 km included; over 15–25 km $30; over 25–40 km $60; over 40–60 km $100. Beyond 60 km: manual quote. One charge covers delivery and collection.
Setup, teardown, requested onsite support, ordinary parking and tolls are included. Shared or larger events may require a higher refundable deposit, confirmed before booking.
We confirm screen size and sound for your guest count, space and viewing conditions.
Indoors: controlled light and enough ceiling height. Outdoors: dusk or darkness, safe weather and secure anchoring.

At dusk or after sunset. We can set up earlier.
What space and power do I need?
Tell us the available width, depth and ceiling height. We confirm clearance, anchoring and nearby power before booking.
Where do you deliver?
Montréal, Laval, North Shore, South Shore and West Island, with other locations by request. Delivery is included within 15 road km. Beyond 60 km, request a manual quote.
What can we watch or connect?
Connect your laptop, streaming device or console. You provide the content, accounts and any required public-performance permissions.
What about rain or wind?
Unsafe rain, wind or ground conditions may require rescheduling or cancellation. We can discuss a backup date.
