Terms & booking policyA courtyard, terrace or room with controlled lighting can work. For outdoor films, schedule playback around dusk or later. For presentations, tell us what needs to be readable and the available light before choosing a screen.
Share loading access, stairs or elevator details, setup windows and venue sound rules. Rooftops need a suitable installation area and a weather plan. We confirm the layout rather than assuming every terrace can accommodate a screen.
Bring a laptop, streaming device or other compatible source. Send connection requirements ahead of time and plan a playback check. You provide the content, account access and any required screening permissions.
Tell us the source device, format and room lighting. We can discuss projection suitability and connection needs; bright daylight is not a substitute for a controlled viewing environment.
