Terms & booking policy

Plan your setup

Courtyard or gym?

Outdoor screenings begin at dusk or after sunset. A gym or multipurpose room can be an indoor option when the lighting can be controlled and the screen fits. Tell us the ceiling height, available floor space and expected audience.

A plan for families

Choose between 120-, 150- and 200-inch screens. Seating layout, sightlines and sound coverage matter as much as headcount. Your school supplies seating, supervision and clear access routes; we confirm equipment placement and power needs with you.

Fundraiser or community evening

For a ticketed fundraiser or a free school gathering, allow time for arrival before the film. Ask about a backup date or indoor location early. Onsite support is available at no extra charge; select it on the booking form.

Questions before you book

Is a movie licence included?

No. The organizer provides the film and any required public-performance permissions. A personal streaming subscription does not necessarily cover a school or community screening.

Can the event happen before sunset?

Indoors may work with suitable light control. Outdoors, plan the film for dusk or later; daylight can wash out a projected image.

What should we include in the request?

Send the date, school address, audience estimate, available space and indoor or outdoor plan. Use the organizer’s contact details, not student information.
