Big Screen MTL respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

An initial inquiry requires your name, email address and municipality. You may also provide a date, phone number, audience estimate, event details and how you found us. A detailed quote request asks for the location and setup information needed to assess the event. We use these details to respond, prepare quotes and manage follow-up; optional source information helps us understand where inquiries come from.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to booking requests, confirm availability, coordinate setup, and communicate about your event. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

When we share information

We share personal information only when necessary to provide our services, including Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for processing booking requests, payment processors if a deposit is collected, or when required by law.

Analytics and service providers

We use Google Ads, with your consent, to measure advertising effectiveness. You can accept, reject, or change this choice at any time using Privacy preferences in the footer. We use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to process and store booking requests. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site, provides Turnstile bot protection, and measures technical site traffic. These services process network and browser information, which may include your IP address. Information entered into the booking form is not sent to our advertising tools.

When you type an address with suggestions enabled, the typed address is sent to Google Places through our server to suggest matching locations. Selecting a suggestion retrieves its address and municipality. Google Maps through Apps Script verifies the event address and calculates the delivery route; the embedded Google map also receives the event location and browser/network information when loaded. Your name, phone number and email are not sent for address suggestions or routing. We do not request your device’s GPS location. Confirm the matched address before submitting. Short-lived technical identifiers and security checks limit automated lookups.

See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing. Map lookup results are used temporarily for the quote; our booking records retain your entered address and the quoted charges, not a copy of the route.

Cookies and browser storage

Local storage remembers your language and advertising choice. Session storage holds random request references for retries, a short-lived success receipt and recent conversion references to avoid duplicate counting. These values do not contain contact details, addresses or message contents. If you accept advertising cookies, a random request reference is sent to Google Ads to deduplicate lead conversions. These events do not include the form’s name, email, phone, address or message.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser signals to reduce automated submissions. This protection is separate from optional advertising cookies.

The Google Ads tag loads only after you accept. Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent booking requests. You can change your choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not erase data already sent; use your browser settings to manage existing cookies.

Site security reports are reduced to technical categories before storage in Cloudflare Analytics Engine for three months. That dataset does not retain full URLs, query strings, IP addresses, form contents, or script samples. These diagnostics and technical traffic measurement are separate from Google Ads.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as needed to fulfill your request and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Use the request link below and we will respond within 30 days.

Where possible, use the email address from your booking and say whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send identity documents or payment details in your first message. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
